Welcome to my blog homefronthappenings.com. My name is Jessica Garmon, I am  an entrepreneur homeschooling mom. My husband and I have three beautiful children ages nine, six, and four. We have been homeschooling since our oldest started preschool for the exception of one year. We also own a cleaning business going on eight years now. We kinda have what you could call a little zoo. We have several chickens, five dogs, two cats, two rabbits, and a bearded dragon. It gets a little crazy in our home as we do this all on a little over half an acre.

 I wanted to start a blog to share our experiences with others. Going from raising kids, budgeting for a family of five, marriage & relationships, homeschooling, having a small scale homestead, recipes, everyday family life, etc. Starting a blog has been on my mind for a while and I just decided I’m going to take the dive and just start it.

God has always taken care of my family. He always makes a way when we don’t see how something can work. Because of Him this blog is possible, He blessed me with everything this blog will be about. We just need to trust in Him to take care of us. Our Lord will never fail us and we are stronger than what we sometimes think we are.
